Many clients start to notice a change around the 6-month mark. But every person is different, and your journey will be unique to you.

What role does medication take in therapy?

Before offering medication management, I exhaust all of my clinical options, tools, and techniques. On rare occasions, there are times when medication is necessary in the beginning in order for deeper therapeutic work to happen.

What’s your therapy style?

My therapy style is warm but direct. I blend various therapeutic approaches to tailor the sessions to you, focusing on both immediate relief and long-term growth. I’m invested in your well-being, aiming to create a supportive and focused environment where you can freely express yourself and make meaningful changes.
